Project goals
The major aim of the Project was to assist the Ministry of Health in developing robust, flexible and clear methods for the financing of health services and the disbursement of resources to provide a comprehensive, cost effective health service.

The Project was stopped by the EU Commission. All project activities in Russia were terminated on 14 December 2001.
