Results
The major aim of the Project was to establish a consensus on specific topics in the field of social security on the basis of extensive Russian involvement and regular high-level expert policy advice.
In order to achieve this the Project performed a thorough analysis of the status quo and reform options in the areas of social insurance, medical insurance and pensions. Furthermore, the Project provided policy advice and detailed recommendations through developing scenarios for feasible combinations of the differing principles (solidarity vs. insurance), on the differing ways of financing social services. |
