Project goals
The purpose of the project is to combine modern technology and social services in order to prevent and/or shorten the stay in institutional care for elderly and disabled people in St. Petersburg. The project will install and operate security alarms in 700 households and provide training for social and health care workers in assessment of needs and appropriate usage of an effective alarm system. |
