Project goals
strengthen the capacity of the federal level in policy reform and test and adapt the application of reforms: (1) rationalizing health services (developing strategic approaches to comprehensive restructuring, norms and standards, clinical practice guidelines, best practices, standardization, licensing and accreditation); (2) strength. financial and economic management of health care (building capacity for fin. and econ. analysis, strength. Fin. Manag. at facility level); (3) developing the legisl. base for reform; (4) applying new approaches in two pilot regions. |
