Project goals
To improve efficiency in the region’s healthcare system. The basic purpose is the development (technical design) of a regional medical information system based on SmartCard technology. Stage-by-stage implementation of the developed system in the future will gradually reform healthcare services and form the basis for an improvement in citizens’ constitutional rights. |
