Project: STIs in Leningradskaja oblast: problem estimation, enhancement of diagnostic quality and patient management

Project goals

To support centers for STI diagnosis and prevention, to develop working methods through collaboration, networking and provision of material and transfer of knowledge

Tasks

To reduce the transmission of STIs in Leningradskaya Oblastj with special emphasis on young people and high risk population

Results

INDICATORS: numbers of centers and working groups established, laboratories and clinics supported, course attendance, materials printed, target group/people tested - quarterly reports by the working activity coordinators and half- and yearly reports by the project coordinator.
RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY NATIONAL HEALTH PLAN FOR THE CONTROL OF HIV/AIDS/STI: project plans are accepted by the Health Committee of Leningradskaya Oblast
