Results

Aim is to network and support people working at
low-treshold sites for IDU:s in different
countries around the Baltic sea. The programme
consists of theoretical background info, site
visits in Finland and group work. Comments:
The first workshop was organised in September
2002 in Helsinki. The next is being arranged in
September 2003. Participation is based on
invitation.
