Project goals
Transfer of knowledge of Swedish experience of social policies and management aiming at developing public social services of St Petersburg including work with the elderly, disabled persons, vulnerable children and families and management of social sector. Support is also provided focusing on elaboration and implementation of legislative social reform. Key persons from social authorities and various institutions receive theoretical training and practical assistance in developing five model centres for social services in the city of St Petersburg |
