Project goals
Training of youth leaders to motivate and enthuse young unemployed to get involved in sports and other physical fitness activities in order to refrain from drug use and criminal activity. Approximately 250 Russian youth will receive basic training in various issues related to leadership, administration, personal fitness and health. The both theoretical and hands-on training will increase their competitiveness on the labour market by offering the participants first hand youth leader skills, equipped to assist unemployed youth and children to become involved in local sports and physical recreation groups
Results
