Project goals

Training courses on care for the elderly conducted in Sweden for civil servants and practitioners from social authorities. The project encompasses two three week training courses at the Sköndal Institute with study visits to relevant service centers for participants from Moscow city, Moscow oblast, Krasnodar and Oriol oblast. The project can be seen as a step to establish closer linkages with the Russian federal government and the participating oblasts envisaging structural reform within the realm of elderly care.
