Project goals

The overall objective is to contribute to the counter-trafficking and rehabilitation efforts in Russia through building the capacity of the Angel Coalition Victim Assistance Center in Moscow and five regional Angel Coalition safe houses to provide safe and successful return and rehabilitation of women and children victims.
