Project aim: to enhance the capacity of key governmental and non-governmental organizations working in the Russian HIV/AIDS field.
Project objectives:
- to establish an integrated, multidisciplinary network between institutions, governmental and non-governmental organisations at the federal level and four pilot regions;
- to support the capacity of Russian partners to disseminate the models of best practices throughout the Russian Federation;
- to engage Russian policy makers and the mass media on the urgency of HIV/AIDS, thereby enhancing the stature of HIV/AIDS as a priority for public policy.
