Project goals
The objective of the project is to develop and improve the provision and quality of social services to drug addicts, HIV/AIDS infected and members of their families. To this end, the project will use the results of relevant Tacis projects to develop cost-effective models of interaction between the governmental and non-governmental organisations responsible for the provision of social protection and care for the three types of target groups: drug addicts and HIV/AIDS infected people of 18-30 years of age; families with children taking drugs; families with HIV/AIDS infected and/or drug addicted |
