Project: Rehabilitation system services for the disabled (Developing social services for vulnerable groups III)

Project goals

The objective of the project is to develop and improve the provision and quality of social services to drug addicts, HIV/AIDS infected and members of their families. To this end, the project will use the results of relevant Tacis projects to develop cost-effective models of interaction between the governmental and non-governmental organisations responsible for the provision of social protection and care for the three types of target groups: drug addicts and HIV/AIDS infected people of 18-30 years of age; families with children taking drugs; families with HIV/AIDS infected and/or drug addicted
