Tasks

Setting up of the optimal structure to carry out activities to combat TB

Activities

1.Carrying out training-rates for organizers of the project, medicals, workers of laboratories.
2.The statement order УЗО of director the Programs responsible for its realization.
3.The statement of group of regional coordinators the CART and groups of coordinators the CART at a level of area.
4.The organization of the precise account and the control over maintenance and distribution of antitubercular preparations.
5.Regular carrying out of an estimation and monitoring of results of realization of the Program.

Results

-Decrease in a parameter of desease;
-Stabilization of a parameter of death rate;
-Reduction bacillary kernels;
-Increase of revealing sick of a tuberculosis with positive мазком in establishments OLS from 5 up to 50 %;
-Increase of efficiency of treatment infectious sick of a tuberculosis from 50 % up to 72 %;
-Optimization of structure of antitubercular service;
-Strengthening of laboratory service and increase of efficiency of its work;
-Increase of vocational training of experts of antitubercular service and ПМСП;
-Improvement of quality of monitoring of a tuberculosis;
-Increase of knowledge of the population on a tuberculosis.
