Project goals

Decrease in number of new cases VICH/IPPP among youth, in particular among girls and young women, at the expense of maintenance of access with it to the information, educational and medical services, voluntary testing for a HIV with obligatory consultation, and also maintenance with their means of an individual defence, for the purpose of formation at youth of principles of healthy behaviour and creation of favorable conditions for their realisation.

Tasks

1.Increase of professional and administrative potential of experts state and public organisations and mass media on places to the level necessary for realisation of strategic plans of counteraction of epidemic ViCh/SpIda in regions.
2. Maintenance to young men, first of all that who подввергается to the highest risk of infection VICH/IPPP/SPID, and also to drug addiction treatment.
3.Through purposeful explanatory and educational work rendering of assistance in formation of environment in which at political, public and professional levels there is an understanding of problems IpPp/ViCh/SpIda and requirements especially vulnerable to infection of social groups.

Activities

1.A network socially-health services, friendly to youth.
2.Youth information centres.
3.Information campaigns.
4.Services of mediko-social support (social bureau).
5.Stationary and mobile points "Trust".
6.Training of experts to consultation on preventive maintenance VICH/IPPP among youth.
7.Epidemiological supervision of the second generation.
8.The educational module for pupils of the TECHNICAL TRAINING COLLEGE.
9.A command of advisers on VICH/IPPP among experts сужбы employment and youth stock exchanges work.
10.Introduction of the program "Health" at schools.
11.The monitoring and estimation system and system of interdepartmental interaction on counteraction of epidemic ВИЧ\СПИД in territory of the Volgograd region is developed and introduced.

Results

Информационные и образовательные стратегии по профилактике ВИЧ/ИППП реализованы в регионе для дальнейшего распространения на других территориях.
