Objectives:  Develop the opportunity for the specialised preparation of the personnel of various profiles to work with children with mental deseases; creation of teams of various profile specialists to work with the children with mental deseases; change the stationary treatment of the children with mental deseases to the out-patient care; develop reports for diagnostic and treatment of mental deseases, based on the priciples of evidence based medicine; conduct clinical audit, which copmares the results of providing multy-profile help at the day care centers with the results of traditional stationary treatment of mental deseases of the children; establish and keep effective correlation with the professionals, keeping the reform of the system of medical services of the children with mental deseases.

Out-patient services for de-hospitalization of mentally diseased in Arkhangelsk			EU

Objectives:  Цель проекта - помочь психически больным людям г. Архангельска в организации проживания вне стационарных психиатрических учреждений. Основные результаты проекта: на базе муниципального учреждения "Центр социального обслуживания" созданы отделения, оказывающие помощь в полустационарных и амбулаторных условиях гражданам с психическими расстройствами трудоспособного возраста (дневное пребывание, организация занятости в мастерских, оказание помощи в поддержании собственного хозяйства, консультирование, организация места контактных встреч - клуба). Помощь предоставляется не только в центре, но и предполагает оказание услуг по амбулаторному сопровождению на квартирах пациентов. Инновационными являются организация курсов психоэдукации (специальная программа, обучающая пациентов понимать особенности заболевания, справляться с болезнью) и создание службы профессиональных опекунов для людей, признанных судом недееспособными вследствие психических расстройств и не имеющих родственников. В рамках проекта специалисты новых отделений прошли обучающие стажировки в учреждениях здравоохранения и социальной защиты города Эмдена (Германия), который имеет обширные и поэтапные предложения помощи психически больным людям. Коллеги из Германии отслеживали все этапы создания отделений в г. Архангельске и оказывали постоянную консультационную помощь. Проект помог снизить затраты города Архангельска и области на уход за больными, которые находились в стационаре психиатрической больницы по социальным показаниям. Вместе с тем, проект способствует повышению уровня жизни психически больных людей, их постгоспитальной адаптации и интеграции в общество. Члены семей граждан с психическими расстройствами, благодаря предложениям вновь созданных социальных служб, получили существенную помощь в организации жизни больных и могут вести обычный образ жизни, не оставляя работу для ухода за близкими.
