Цели

The project aims to reduce the transmission of TB and HIV among the population in Kaliningrad region by implementing the WHO recommended strategy for TB prevention and control. The project will be implemented by WHO and a number of various departments and authorities in the field of health, social support, research and justice in Kaliningrad region as well as on the federal level. Activities include training of medical staff, development of regulatory documents, educational and informational public campaigns, procurement of anti-TB drugs and supplies, improved laboratory equipment for TB detection and diagnostics.
