| Description: |
Switzerland has supported Russia's transition through cooperation projects and international programs since 1993.
The Swiss Cooperation Office in Moscow is responsible for coordinating these efforts. It is jointly run by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), part of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), part of the Federal Department for Economic Affairs.
The Swiss Cooperation Programme in Russia is currently focusing on four main domains:
Humanitarian Aid (SDC/HA)
Governance (SDC)
Private Sector Promotion (SECO)
Environment - Natural Resource Management (SDC) |
